English: Lisa Howell Starr Rudd (1933–1985) was an American politician. Rudd served as a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives from 1975 to 1979, representing south Anchorage. She was serving in the cabinet of Alaska governor Bill Sheffield as commissioner of the Alaska Department of Administration at the time of her death.
