Description Mural monument to Elizabeth Fox (1655-1680), wife of w:Charles Cornwallis, 3rd Baron Cornwallis (1655-1698) of Brome and a daughter of the courtier Sir Stephen Fox (1627-1716) of Farley in Wiltshire, by his first wife Elizabeth Whittle. She was a sister of Stephen Fox-Strangways, 1st Earl of Ilchester. She died aged 25. Arms: Sable guttée d'eau, on a fess argent three Cornish choughs proper (Cornwallis), impaling: Ermine, on a chevron azure three fox's heads and necks erased or on a canton of the second a fleur-de-lys of the third (Fox).
