Ebüzziya Mehmed Tevfik (1849 – 1913) was an Ottoman Turkish educator, intellectual and writer, whose ideas contributed to the formation of Turkish national identity during the early decades of the Turkish Republic.[1][2] From 1909 he owned and published Tasvîr-i Efkâr newspaper.[3]
