History[edit]

Should a History subsection be added here? I feel it would contribute greatly here. 2600:100C:A206:278D:5D08:883F:B80F:187D (talk) 18:09, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

New area code[edit]

Dallas has a new area code. 945 is a new area code created for the Dallas metro area. 2607:FB91:995:8955:E09C:7D39:419A:A7E (talk) 02:55, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Granbury Micropolitan Area[edit]

The map shows both Hood and Somervell Counties as part of the Granbury Micropolitan Area, but according to the Census Bureau's 2020 map it now only encompasses Hood County. Should the map on this page be updated to reflect that? Messelastur (talk) 19:52, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I agree; the map should only show Hood County. I imagine Somervell will be added back in the future though. StillWatchesCartoons (talk) 03:57, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

DFW Politics - Voting Numbers[edit]

I should of done this a long time ago, although it is a bit tedious. I did a summation of all DFW MSA counties via the source mentioned under Politics on my mobile device ages ago. I recall that it seems as if some DFW counties were not counted in whoever made the table. I will get to it soon, although if anyone does do a recount per the source, make sure to include all DFW MSA counties, not just the core ones such as Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, and Collin. This is why I removed the claim that Democrats narrowly won DFW, this seems based on the table, which is based on a miscount rather than the sources listed. I read through all of them and none mention democrats winning the metroplex, if it is an error on my part, then please go ahead and explain it here. ChaoticTexan (talk) 22:39, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
