Architect Eugene Tsui[1] proposed one of the tallest buildings in the world (600 meters) for Oakland. it got significant press at the time, although its not being built. should that be added in the proposed section?Mercurywoodrose (talk) 05:31, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
