Posse Cut

That's not a necessarily true history of the posse cut. Scenario by A Tribe Called Quest featured four different emcees, back and forth within verses, and it came out over a year earlier. Plus, it absolutely killed. There was also Buddy by De La Soul, coming out in 1989.

"Protect Ya Neck (The Jump Off)" is not a "different version" - it's a completely different song by the same title. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.62.192.202 (talk) 03:06, 7 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Protect Ya Neck (The Jump Off)

As the above user is stating is a totally different song, with its own music video released in 2000. Right now the Wiki page Protect_Ya_Neck_(The_Jump_Off) is redirecting to this page, however it should get its own page. It's a reference to Wu-Tang Clan's first single and was also a big hit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.145.207.198 (talk) 11:11, 13 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
