The current updated version of this Template includes both sub site:(/celebrity) and the current douban website https://m.douban.com instead of https://movie.douban.com which no longer getting update but rather as a redirect.
The current version uses the if statement instead of switch to insert the [ID] and uses ifeq statement to change the [tittle]. The old version has some errors and have been fixed with the current version with an additional updates. Thisasia(Talk) 11:20, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Dabao qian That's true but the New update was not just for the redirect but it also includes some New updates of douban sub sites, If you check well, the previous one has a lot of issues which have been addressed with this current version. Thisasia(Talk) 10:55, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know what the intent was here, but the changes to this template completely broke existing transclusions, such as the one at The Sword Identity. Please be MUCH more careful with template edits to live templates that are used in other pages. Changes to the documentation also removed working functionality, including Template Data. Because English Wikipedia missing {{Douban people}} template, sub site:(/celebrity) should use {{Douban people}} template instead.--Dabao qian (talk) 18:53, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
