You can add a picture by going to Upload file under the search box to the left of the page. Wikipedia only allows either free content or fair use images to be uploaded - see Wikipedia:Images for details. When the image is uploaded, add [[Image:Example.jpg|right|thumb|Some text to describe the picture.]] to the page, where you want the image to go.
