Mistaken identity[edit]

Thank you for posting the Daily Telegraph obituary of Sir John Wood MC. I had confused him with Professor Sir John C. Wood, formerly Dean of the Law School at the University of Sheffield, and co-author of Elliott & Wood and Smith & Wood.[1] Arrivisto (talk) 00:36, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The Clark Brothers[edit]

Hello, I have been a friend to Jimmy and Steve Clark for many years. That's why I know the exact dates of Steve's birth and death as well as the other facts I wrote. What kind of source I should mention than my own memory and archive? Best regards, Naui (talk) 03:56, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Naui, please contact the press alerting them of Steve Clark's death. A full obituary isn't necessary. Something like a Legacy.com page is substantial but Wikipedia requires a source we can back up a date of death by as it is a violation of the rules to add a date of death without supporting evidence otherwise. Thanks --Jkaharper (talk) 13:38, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jkaharper, Source for The Clark Brother's shows in Frankfurt/Main: "(1992) Eröffnung der Palast Bar (Architekten: Axel Strigl und Rüdiger Kramm) – großstädtischer Kommunikationsort internationaler kultureller Begegnungen. Die Blues- und Jazznächte kehren nach Frankfurt zurück. Joan Faulkner und die Clark-Brothers aus Amerika finden ihre neue Heimat in Frankfurt am Main." -> In this text section about the year 1992 About his date of death I will refer as soon as possible.
