DYK for Histamine N-methyltransferase[edit]

On 30 April 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Histamine N-methyltransferase, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the enzyme histamine N-methyltransferase regulates essential brain functions and sleep–wake cycles in humans? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Histamine N-methyltransferase. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Histamine N-methyltransferase), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

I have sent you a note about a page you started[edit]

Hi Maxim Masiutin. Thank you for your work on Multiscale Dissociation Inventory. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Thanks for starting this page for this screening test. It seems to have been used over the course of the last 18 years, so shows some sustained coverage. At times it makes slightly bold claims based only on the original primary source, so a little more balancing from a neutral point of view might be warranted. It would also be helpful to see a comparison between this screening tool and others, like the Dissociative Experiences Scale.

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

Hi Maxim, just a heads up on some reversion I have done on a few of your latest edits:

- Swuste: the DOI is indeed broken, I reinstated the broken tag

- The Work Environment Act: removed redundant link to archived copy

- Chebotarev (2018): not by subscription, I eliminated the tag

- Badri et al (2019): I deleted the hdl because it leads to a different documents.

Cheers. --- JudeFawley (talk) 08:24, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Probably I should stop doing revisions in the topics where I don't have full understanding. I only participate in editing steroidogenic enzymes and pharmaceutical drugs where I have no experience. The topics that you listed are not in my area of competence. Or I should ask the administrators to remove this flag from my account (pending changes reviewer) because I don't have enough time recently to do thorough reviewing of the topic where I don't understand the full picture. What do you think how should I proceed? Maxim Masiutin (talk) 01:49, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Don't worry, most of the edits you did on that article were OK. I think a few of the citation data slipped (possibly because of bot usage? I am not sure), but that happens. --- JudeFawley (talk) 09:16, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I contribute to the citations bot. If it does something incorrectly, we can fix that. Alternatively, there are tags that preent the bot from modifying particular citations or even the whole article. If you wish I can put these tags to the citations that you tell, or you can do that yourself, see the documentation at User:Citation_bot/use, the section is "... the bot made a mistake?", so User:Citation_bot/use#... the bot made a mistake? - you will see the examples of <!-- Deny Citation Bot--> Maxim Masiutin (talk) 14:49, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just tried to be helpful but it turned out to be not very helpful, maybe you give me an advice on how to proceed. Maxim Masiutin (talk) 01:50, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I recently made a couple of edits from the pending changes to review queue, can you please check whether they are correct? Maxim Masiutin (talk) 02:05, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I put the tags to prevent the citation bot from modifying these attribute again. Please let me run the bot and see what happened; whether it will honor these tags. Maxim Masiutin (talk) 09:17, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
👍 --- JudeFawley (talk) 09:27, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I run the bot on May 9. Did it run properly without wrecking important attributes? If you wish, I can remove the bot altogehter from the page, but I think it is useful and it only wrecks certain attributes that I marked as <!-- Deny Citation Bot-->. What do you think? Maxim Masiutin (talk) 18:07, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it ran perfectly. Thanks!! --- JudeFawley (talk) 08:26, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
