Vivian Moreno is an American politician who has served as a member of the San Diego City Council since 2018, representing District 8. She is a member of the Democratic Party.
District 8 includes the neighborhoods of Barrio Logan, Egger Highlands, Grant Hill, Logan Heights, Memorial, Nestor, Ocean View Hills, San Diego, Otay Mesa East, Otay Mesa West, San Ysidro, Sherman Heights, Stockton, and the Tijuana River Valley.[1]
Moreno lives in San Ysidro, California with her husband and daughter.
